Rental Facilities

Our Facility now has Central air Conditioning !!

If you're planning a wedding reception, a party, or another important event, consider renting the dining hall & kitchen facilities adjacent to the firehouse.

Rental Includes:

  • Use of Dining Hall
  • Use of Kitchen

Price:

  • $200.00 per day
  • $100.00 security deposit

Rental Agreement:

Building Rental Rules

  1. Only the new addition will be rented, including use of the kitchen. The engine bays and meeting room are for use of members only.
  2. No drugs or controlled substances will be permitted at any time on the premises.
  3. No alcoholic beverages will be permitted without prior approval of the governing body.
  4. No excessive noise or disorderly conduct will be permitted at any time. No loud music will be permitted after 10:00 PM.
  5. All trash and garbage (to include restroom trash receptacles & outside parking area) will be bagged and placed in dumpster.
  6. Building will be left in a clean, organized condition.
  7. The concrete ramp in front of the building and the ramp in front of the overhead door in the back of the building will not be used for parking and will be kept clear at all times.
  8. All vehicles of parties renting the building will be parked in the parking lot at the side of the building being rented.
  9. Rental fee and rental deposit will be paid when key for building is picked up by renting party.
  10. Person(s) renting the building will be responsible for any damages to the building or its contents.
  11. Person(s) renting the building will be responsible to ensure all doors are locked, all windows are closed and locked, all lights are turned off, all stoves and ovens are turned off, and rental key placed in green box before leaving the premises.
  12. The South Newton Township Volunteer Fire Company reserves the right to ask anyone that does not abide by the rules to vacate the building upon request.
  13. Failure to abide by the building rental rules will be grounds for forfeiture of building deposit and face possible civil suit actions.
  14. The building deposit will be mailed to the renting party after building is checked by the responsible fire company personnel and no deficiencies noted.

  • Sorry, we are unable to rent our facilities in the month of June due to our annual fairs.
